Je ne mets que 3 étoiles , car points positifs le jeu est très bien fait rien à redire j’aime bien le concept SAUF que devoir et c’est vraiment dommage payer pour avancer dans les niveaux c’est très décevant j’ai actuellement 5 niveaux sur lesquels je suis totalement bloquée, rien à faire si vous n’avez pas les boost recommander vous restez bloqué je m’en lasse et je pense à l’avenir le désinstaller. Le principe de devoir payer pour avancer devrait être réétudier…

What is wrong with you people? Do you think about your players being human when you make such awful timed levels or are we just dollar signs to you? Your timed levels are God awful it's not humanly possible to even keep up with the orders much less finish in time. Lower your standards before your players decide to up theirs and go to a different game. Stunts like this is how you loose potential players. I just started playing I'm on the second restaurant these timed levels should not be so difficult!! I can't even buy boosters because their so expensive!!

A bug?
The game is great! I really enjoyed it, but I’m at the stage 6: Sweet Tooth, and the first part of the tutorial went fine, but then, when I tried the other part, it won’t let me do Éclairs… I hit the oven to make them but it doesn’t do anything, I can give the coffee and muffin, but not the éclairs… I was really enjoying the game, but it’s unfortunate that I can’t anymore because of that bug..

Used to be great but they became greeeedy
This game used to be awesome, I’d play it all the time. The levels started getting progressively more difficult—as expected, however, the last few updated make the game nearly impossible to play without burning through all boosters, coins, and gems so when you run out, they want you to pay to play and pass. I understand making levels challenging but it’s nearly impossible to beat higher levels without any boosters at all. There aren’t any ads, which is nice, but they certainly make up for that with trying to rob you just to play. Also, Royal Kitchen doesn’t have all the restaurants included so it gets old after a while playing that between updates. Many of my guild members stopped playing the game due to this and again, difficulty of the new levels. It’s disappointing how greedy companies and developers are! They don’t care as long as they get people to fork up money, it’s a shame.

Fun Game
Game is fun and functional. Very difficult in later levels because you absolutely have to purchase upgrades to continue. You either have to replay levels tons of times or dip into your wallet so a bit of pay to play. One thing that is very off putting though is the constant menu changes and UI updates. They are not necessary and annoying. They pretty much completely revamp every season and the moment you get accustomed to something, boom, update available.

I’ve been playing this game for a few weeks now. I haven’t had much of an issue with it but the farther I get along in the game, I’ve noticed I’ve been having to pay in order to pass certain levels. As far as that goes, I’ve spent all my coins making sure everything was max, and still ended up losing due to time limit. I would put a realistic set time and not 30 seconds for 70 orders. Although, i’m not an expert in game making, this game seems its more out for your money more than having fun. I understand you guys have to make money in one way or another, but please make a change to where we aren’t spending a ton of money to pass levels in this game. Thank you.

Love this game!
This is the best cooking game I have played and I’ve played a lot of them. I like that you don’t necessarily have to buy coins with real money you can go back and play extra shifts to upgrade. It’s a really fun game!

Играю уже несколько лет подряд, моя самая любимая из всех, но в последнее время стало просто невозможно играть:( невероятно сложные уровни, все так и сделано, чтобы ты потратил деньги, без бустеров НЕВОЗМОЖНО пройти некоторые. Я, конечно, все понимаю, но просто стало неинтересно играть, потому что просто не можешь купить улучшение, так как за уровень получаешь раза в 3-4 меньше денег, чем стоит само улучшение, постоянно вкладывать свои деньги и покупать монеты я не вижу для себя смысла. С каждым разом играю все меньше и меньше, увы

Macht keinen Spaß mehr
Habe das Spiel schon lange gespielt und hatte auch lange viel Spaß dabei, aber dann habt ihr die Möglichkeit für optionale Werbung abgeschafft, was offensichtlich dazu dienen sollte um mehr Geld zu verdienen. War nervig aber okay, ihr wollt ja nicht umsonst arbeiten. Aber die neueren Restaurants sind so blöd gemacht, dass es bei vielen Levels ohne Booster kaum möglich ist sie überhaupt zu schaffen. Jetzt ist es einfach nur noch frustrierend und scheinbar soll der Zwang zum Kauf nochmal verstärkt werden. Für mich ist das Spiel damit uninteressant geworden, was echt schade ist, weil ihr nach und nach alles was euch besonders gemacht hat und von anderen Spielen dieser Art unterschieden hat einfach wegprogrammiert habt.

Уважаемые разработчики данной игры! Я когда только только начала играть в игру, это было чудо а не игра, а сейчас вы ее очень сильно испортили, и это очень печально. Очень большая просьба на новые рестораны и особенно на новые главы давать больше монет, как минимум чтобы первую половину можно было пройти, потому что играть с 5000 тыс монет без бустеров и алмазов не возможно, а с учетом как вы «щедро» сейчас даете алмазы , скоро вообще будет не пробиться… лучше бы вы делали всякие события направленные на побольше алмазов и бустеров, а не на то, чтобы собрать какие-то карточки которые дадут 10 каких-то несчастных алмазов, та же самая акула, 3 этапа и везде какая-то несчастная горсточка этих алмазов… хотя чтобы пройти какой-то уровень я там трачу их явно не 10шт.. займитесь игрой , пожалуйста, зачем же вы ее так портите! Люди хотят играть , спокойно, без психов, а то как не разговариваем с гильдией , все уходят и никто играть не хочет… это явно не достижение вам

Terrible update
Eu gostei muito do jogo principalmente por não ter anúncios etc… mas depois da atualização feita dia 6 de agosto ficou péssimo, sobrecarregado de poluição visual e por algum motivo mudaram a forma de colher os produtos do evento da fazenda e EU N CONSIGO COLHER MAIS… enfim decepcionada com isso e decepcionada pelo fato de vc ter que jogar outros levels umas 5x pra ter dinheiro e atualizar a cozinha pra conseguir continuar jogando

WAS a great, fun, original game… NOW an impossible money grabber
I downloaded this game at least 6 years ago, and was enthralled from the first level. It was exactly how the ads showed - you build recipes to complete orders and upgrade/restore different kitchens. The game was challenging, especially the middle/upper levels of each restaurant when you haven’t upgraded the kitchen enough, but you could complete them after a few tries, or with the occasional boosters. But life happens and I stopped playing about a year ago (summer 2025). I picked up the game again in Dec 2025, but I found it a lot harder than I remembered. I chalked it up to being rusty, so I put it aside until summer 2026. This time I really wanted to complete the restaurant as I only had 12 full levels left, so I focused and let myself lose until I felt like I was comfortable and should be able to beat the levels. But I didn’t, and quickly realized that I never would without using gems AND boosters. I gave it up again for a month, and just opened it 8/4/26 to try one more time. Sure enough, level 757–2 needs 1000 coins in 60 seconds. My entire kitchen is fully upgraded, and I know I have completed that in the past without boosters. But the number of customers that I was getting and the orders that are requesting and no points without using boosters. So I’m done.
I have always spent over $200 through the years on this game because I like to support games that reward you with fair and consistent play. This WAS that game; I’m sad that it isn’t anymore. Also all the annoying mini games that pop up are exactly like every other game out there. So I’ll move back to my other games, that’s still challenge me but reward my Fairplay. Sorry Chef & Friends y’all had a great thing going.

Fun and challenging game
Love the game the only problem I have, is the coins(money) is not interchangeable per chapter. I’ll spend money to purchase more coins to pass the level then once I’m on the next chapter it’s unless.
It would be helpful to be able to exchange coins for a lesser value once you’re on the next chapter or even just not have different coin type.
Like many other people said, it becomes impossible to pass levels without paying for gems and boosters.
