I booked a reservation well in advanced and now I need to cancel and I am within the cancellation period but there is no way to easily cancel and the chat doesn’t let you message the operations team.. I have also emailed many times and none of the email addresses listed anywhere on the app seem to work because no one has responded and the phone number message is in another language. So overall a MESS

Please fix texting chefs
The General Request box doesn’t have a way to be moved or closed. Not allowing access to chatting with possible chefs.
Please fix this problem as you are not allowing people to send personal messages, only the general request works.
On the Search, I was not allowed to find my chefs even though I can see them active in the app.
