I had one of the worst experiences ever using this app. I placed an order, and they told me they couldn’t reach the restaurant — so I reordered. The second time, they said the food was on the way, but it NEVER arrived. I waited the entire night with no updates, no delivery, and absolutely no support. I felt stranded and ignored after being reassured that my order was coming.
This was shockingly unprofessional and felt like genuinely cruel, uncaring behaviour toward a customer. I’m giving this 1 star and if I could give it 0 I would because the way this situation was handled came across as downright wicked and completely unacceptable.

Unusable to make a booking
The app crashes when selecting a date for a reservation which renders it useless. Sadly had to delete it.
Why doesn’t it just work?
Every time I try and order, it gets to the address input, I put it in and I get an ‘OK’ message and then….nothing. Page just reloads again. Been like this for a year. Works perfectly on the website.

Spend the whole time trying to add in your order items, which is a clumsy process to then be asked right at the end to “enter verification code”. Verification code for what? No email or text, and I hadn’t even entered card details yet. Awful app. I had to call in the end.
Keeps crashing
When you get to the payment screen the app crashes and deletes your basket. Ended up using the web browser version.
Just rubbish
Sort of took my order but I don’t think it did. Just seems like something that never quite got finished.
Definitely not finished
Basic functions are ok, if a bit clunky, but the in-app discount offers don’t work, which means nobody at the developer is paying any attention to the app, which is obviously bad news for users.
New Bank Security fails
The new Banking card security just fails to work, making this a complete waste of time as an online order/payment app.
The only thing it now does is give me access to a menu and price list….which I can get at the Restaurant website anyway.
Sorry but failing to keep up with basic progress means this app is getting deleted.

What a pile of junk, can’t sign in, can’t reset password!

Do not download this app
Stuck with apps that do as they say. I made an order for delivery only to find out after they had been paid. The restaurant doesnt do delivery. I had to go and collect my order. So unless you want an app to book a table or such. Skip this one. Just call the restaurants directly.
Okay but limited
Generally has been ok but clunky and not easy to use. Has stupid features like can’t place an order because…delivery/collect not selected (then prompt!) and app updated (new app in AppStore despite auto update on) - takes order input and only gives error when placing order with “update app” error (you then have to download new app, delete old one and reorder all again). This software could be much better.

Doesn’t work on iPad
Using iPad mini 5. App will not allow me to register although registered on website. Can not read or view terms and conditions to accept so deleted it
Took my order but restaurant didn’t receive it
Restaurant is not currently accepting orders but the app took my money and sent a confirmation. I only found out the restaurant hadn’t received order when I phoned to enquire why it was late
