Customer Service sucks!!!! I have funds for my kids to attend baseball and can’t even transfer it, they’re no help at all.. no contact number.. NOTHING! Just frauds if you ask me
Horrible app!
One-time passcode is ridiculous because you constantly get an error message telling you the code is invalid or expired. And to try again. So if you accidentally back out they’ll send a new code and new code just continues to circle back until you’ve exceed all your tries for the day, week or year. Who knows! They don’t specify it for you.

Do not waste your time, this does not work I don’t even think this is real. I think it’s a scam. You can’t even make an account or login account at all, so why are they trying to give funds but yet it doesn’t work

Okay, so let me tell you guys how this app works, the money that is posted on this app isn’t funded to the parents this money is only to the sports program that your children/child is attending. In which the sports program that you child is attending will need the information on this app like a Gift card to them. They will need to Refund you, your money not this app. So once you get approved contact the sports program and give them the information off this card and they are responsible for giving you your $150 or whatever amount your gifted on this card back.

Terrible!
There is no type of customer service or anyone to reach out for help. I received a certain amount and when I try to spend it and says Insufficient funds. Suddenly it says my balance is zero! But on the list of transactions, it shows nothing, because obviously I didn’t use any of it! It’s such a waste!

Good for sports funds
Good app but I had trouble making an account until I realized my softball org already had made one for me and you just need to log in lol really useful since I figured that out by talking to their customer service

The card doesn’t work and I’ve reached out to the company several times and they have failed to reply. Not sure what the point of the card is if it doesn’t work.

I’m pretty sure this is not even a real thing. You cannot access the funds on it because it does not give you a billing address which you need the ZIP Code for. You try to contact customer service? There is no customer service. This whole thing is ridiculous
App Doesn’t Work
I can not create an account. Customer service sends the same generic email each time. I can not access my funds for softball.
Terrible Customer Service
I was granted funds for my daughter’s sports sign up and cannot even access the funds. When I try to use the card information I was given it tells me that my billing address is invalid and I can’t reach anyone to help me fix or figure out the issue. Customer service does not respond. There is no number to call. There is little to no information on the app at all. On top of that my name isn’t even spelled correctly on the card. I don’t typically leave reviews but this is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The app is absolutely useless. I don’t know how this app is still up and running with all of the 1 star reviews. I wouldn’t give this a star if that were an option. This app should be shut down totally, it has only been an inconvenience to everyone that has used it.

Terrible update
I have been unable to log in since the update. It doesn’t allow me to change my password through the new forgot password that was recently added. I haven’t heard back after requesting help via email since there’s no way else to get ahold of anyone

I am trying to register my kids and the card number isn’t loading! When I email support it say *we are aware of the issue with cards not work and there will be an update shortly* um well when will that be bc my time is limited to get them registered!

Does customer service actually exist?!?
Tried to contact customer service for weeks, never got a response. I came to look at reviews to see if one could help me, luckily it did! The email address has to be all lower case for you to login.
