I quite like this app. I started going to the gym recently and this just helped me book things a bit easier. One thing, i don’t really like how you can’t see how many people are on the waiting list for each session. Could you maybe add that one feature and then, in my opinion, this would be a perfect app.

App doesn’t work says unreachable
For some reason as others have said below on my phone the app just says service unreachable. Even deleting and reinstalling doesn’t help.

Easy to use, I’d forgotten my ID and password and called reception and a lovely girl said she could email my ID and I could then reset my password. Very happy with the service I received. Gail
Problematic
Impossible to register as menus fail over mobiles, make it easier to register and login please and also show age restrictions on sessions if adults must be present, saves a call. Also, what is Ice Patch? Having little one mine descriptions with the activity for some helps those unfamiliar with the “ice” lingo.

Terrible booking system
Great facility. Lovely staff. Worst booking system ever. So tricky to navigate. I’ve booked a lot of things online, and their app & website are simply the worst. Such a shame as if we had any other ice rink option- we’d go there. But as they have the monopoly, they don’t need to improve, and they know it.

100% Crash.
Crashes on load every time.(iPhone 12) Absolutely useless. No update for 7 months and developer named as “Chelmsford City Pest Control” sais it all really.
Not family friendly app
This is good for one person however if you’re a family you can not add your children accounts to it. One device is just for one account. It will be massive improvement if you could easily go to your other accounts

No Apple Pay support, poor design, limited to over 17 ( why? ) - more security and hurdle jumping the purchasing almost anything else.
This is typical council obstruction of what should be an easy processes which only drives people away from its facilities. It has taken me and my wife 45 min to sign up and book a swimming session.

Swimming list needs improvement
In-app swimming booking is a poor user experience
Needs to show the start and end times of slots without tapping into the booking slot to see this.
Slots when pool is not open for public swimming should be listed so people can easily see when the pool is not available to use.
Looking forward to seeing the improvements

App crashes on opening
iPad mini on iOS 12.5.7 - app crashes out within seconds of opening from the icon. Have tried uninstall/reinstall etc. Tested on iPhone (iOS 16) and loads okay. Unable to locate support email address for developer. Any advice gratefully received.

Please can some help me, im unable to access the app, stating ‘Service Unreachable’ ive tried uninstalling but it is still faulting. No one at SWF pool can help????
Needs complete review of app and website
Absolutely the worst website and app ever. No wonder the pool is empty. No one knows when the public sessions are. And as for soft play!! So an 18 month old baby needs her own membership so that a soft play session can be booked. It’s not bookable by an adult as I’m too old! Seriously 😡

Why aren’t there any classes just after lunch? 12.30 is the last class before 4/5pm, why is that?
