This app is amazing! It has helped me so much while doing chemistry. I’d recommend it to anyone who’s struggling with chemistry and need help. Only complaint I have is its weekly payment instead of monthly. I’d rather pay for the month… other than that, great app.

Don’t bother
The free version does not give you step by step explanations like advertised and there is limits on how many questions. Also there are ads.

No answers half the time
Paid for a year. Half the time it gives me no answer. Just stays on the last answer or goes blank. I know these problems are hard, but dang! That’s why I need the app! Wish I could get my $ back. 👎

Organic and all the organics works good but for physical chemistry it doesnt.

This app requires a subscription, which I understood at first as it’s an app that solves your homework with a simple click of a picture. However, I cancelled this subscription over a week ago and I STILL am receiving charges from this app despite cancelling it in the App Store. I know this app is scamming me as I am being charged 6 dollars weekly and I can’t even use the app the anymore because it’s marked as “no longer active subscription.”
I’ve contacted App Store and the app developers directly because I do not understand how I can still be being charged for an app subscription that HAS BEEN cancelled for a long time.

I accidentally bought the annual one and changed it to the weekly one. How do I get my refund. I don’t need it for the whole year.
