Don’t shop in this app - completely fraudulent
I ordered T-shirts for an upcoming match two weeks ago and paid the full amount including taxes. Since then, there has been absolutely no update on the order status. I’ve emailed support multiple times, but there has been no proper response.
This level of irresponsibility is completely unacceptable. Extremely unprofessional service. If this is not resolved immediately, it feels nothing short of a fraudulent experience.

Useless app
Not useful for anything, can’t play reels , wont show match updates ..whats this app for ?
And not at all smooth ..after minising the app it shows black screen instead of showing the app screen ..why this feature?as if its banking app

First of all I'd start by saying that I'm lucky that I'm a csk fan and it been a great journey so far being with the team in their highs and lows it's special and it feels like a family but one change I'd like in the app is add Dadar as a place other than that the app is great I'd like to end here all in all a great app and proud to be a CSK fan

I am an avid chennai supper kings fan and I am quite disappointed with the website. I had ordered 3 t shirts on the website on 10th of March and it yet to be delivered. The app also is not showing the order number and I am unable to get the details. Moreover there is no contact number to reach out . Abysmal to say the least ….

I ordered 2 official jersey, however only one was delivered. There is no customer service to call back or escalate the issue

They are just selling their products . The fans want to see their players practice, showing nothing related to practice or intra squad matches. Highly disappointed.

I’m not able to login even after providing right pin. I tried to reset the pin but the OTP to change the PIN is also not working

Very Poor Delivery & No Customer Support
Totally disappointed with the ordering and delivery system. I ordered a CSK jersey, but I never received the parcel. However, the app shows the order as delivered, which is completely wrong.
The worst part is there is no proper option to contact support or speak to a representative. No help, no updates, nothing.
This kind of service is unacceptable. Either improve your delivery tracking and customer support or stop misleading customers. Very frustrating experience.

Very worst interface, more bugs
When ever opening app more bugs in ios, can’t able tp see photos, loading, waste app ..

The app is soooo poor and sub standard. Cannot believe how they have released this app without actually doing the proper testing. We cannot cannot use the shop to purchase the New Jersey/ any product for the matter

It shows “Already Exists” when I enter my number. I tried resetting the password and also logging in with another number using OTP, but still not able to access the account.
