Need to input info every time you log in to make an appt
Doesn’t remember login info despite selecting the remember me button
Doesn’t recognize members and see how many unused appts one has available

App is garbage
I can’t believe anyone would rate this app over a one. I’ve been a client at cherry for almost two years and the app has never functioned correctly. Complete garbage.
Great when it works
It’s a great app when it decides to work. I love being able to book on the app, but sometimes I’ll click my location and then nothing will load for services. It’ll stay like this for days and then randomly decide to work. I’ve tried shutting down the app, restarting my phone, deleting and reinstalling, everything. It keeps happening. Hopefully it’ll get fixed and I can use it consistently

Amazing staff
The staff here are always friendly, willing to help and so good at what they do. My daughter has very difficult hair and these ladies never cease to amaze!
