What happened to Cherry?

This was my go to app that I used while shopping, on a walk, at work and for finding products I saw someone using on tv. Cherry was so good that it would be able to identify the brand of a pair of sunglasses and if they were real/fakes. It was also good at price comparison and finding deals! Until a few months ago when it started to search and search with no results. What happened to the app? I would pay for this app
