Not the best
The coffee shop nearest me is never available for orders through the app, and when it is available the app allows me to order things that are out of stock, which is just a waste of my money.
Just straight up doesnt work
Going to just pretend online ordering doesn’t exist because you can’t ever get an order to go through on this app (the only way to make an online order)
Useless for years now
So annoying that I every time I try thinking something may have changed, I end up just going to the competition across the street instead 🤬
Ease of use
Obviously the logging out issue has been mentioned. It would also be nice if Apple Pay was available for the app. All around though, I’m really enjoying ordering remotely
Difficult to use
The app does not seem to be designed for iPhone X and later, with buttons behind the gesture bar and top buttons at the edge of the rounded corners.
