Useless
What’s the point of an app that you can’t sign into. The captcha doesn’t work, can’t activate anything, no sat nav, no sim activation, nothing. Ridiculous!!
Useless App - Needs Serious upgrade
Like other users have stated - it quite difficult to get registered onto it. However once I finally managed to login - a lot of the functionality is very slow and then recently the app logged me out. Then it wouldn’t let me sign in and keeps asking for me to agree to the terms and conditions however there is no button/ check box to press accept. So the app is pretty much useless

Not good
It is always removing me from the app and the only way I can get back on it is to remove the app and reinstall. It’s not great and is very frustrating.
Pointless
Does not work with petrol vehicle only for hybrid vehicles.

Not for all Models
This may well turn out to be useful. But as of now not all models seem to be covered. Like the new Tiggo 4 just released in the UK. Have to wait and see.
Good once in!
So the app wasn’t very straight forward initially. Creating your profile with your email/phone as well as adding your vehicle took a little longer than expected and needs some work from Chery UK as their is very limited guidance available online, However after these initial issues the app works well and actions commands within 10 seconds the App UI could do with having a few tweaks to improve usability some commands are not clear. But overall it works well with no issues.

It’s ok
The app does work okay but sometimes it disconnects from my car and I can’t roll the windows down remotely and doesn’t give me clear indications as to when my next service is the mileage due on the vehicle.
Great addition to my ownership
The app is actually really good. Particularly the locate my car and the pre-conditioning comes in so handy!
Will not register
I have tried so many times to get this app to register and it just will not can’t get anywhere with it and I don’t seem to be able to sort anything out at all. It’s not a very good app.

Works but needs work
The app works and it wasn’t too hard to get connected if you follow the instructions online. It would be good if you could change the colour of the car in the app to look like your own car. And also label things up a little better so it’s easier to navigate

Was a bit of a struggle to add the car but it’s working now although I haven’t used it much yet.
My critic for now is that we can only have one profile, would be good if I could invite my wife so she could use the app through her account rather than having to use my login details. Like other brands do.

Can’t accept terms and conditions
I can’t accept terms and conditions doesn’t have Uk on list of countries just a total waste of time and effort
Usable but far too many issues
I’ve managed to register and link the app to the vehicle. It works but has a lot of issues. It asks you to accept the terms and conditions every time you open the app, though this stopped after a couple of weeks oddly. The remote seat layout hasn’t been adapted for RHD vehicles so the seat opposite the steering wheel is actually the passenger seat.. lots of typos and UI issues too, symbols need text labels as no idea what half of them mean or do… needs some heavy polish and refinement, shame it doesn’t match the quality of their cars.

I can’t register to login to the app, I’ve switched anything that could block the reply, love the car but this is annoying 😡
Phone verification doesn’t do anything
Asks for your number to verify then never sends a text…
Can't sign in!
So frustrating will not let me log in very distu can't access this after buying a new car. No response from anyone trying to fix it!😔

Tried to install the app and verification issues from the start. Can’t even verify the app to register my vehicle or use it. Utterly stupid
