can’t play fairly

I am playing chess at this app and I solved some puzzles which contains a brilliant system of teaching how to play.But I often found cheaters that stopped me increasing elo.I really hope you can ban the cheaters so players can play fairly because everyone had enough of these people who didn’t play fairly.
