App is not robust. Organisers are trying to make money by conducting tournaments.
Reset password option will send you OTP after 30mins which will expire within 5 mins.
Supporting team is rude to users by questioning why can’t you call organisers.

Really good some suggestions
This app is really good and helped a lot in chess it is very nice for tournaments but playing online games with others is not playable unless you have a friend in chess era just fix that other than that every thing is amazing

Bunch of unprofessionals
This is easily the worst team ever one can interact... it’s managed by a set of unprofessional who not only lack basic etiquettes but don’t have any semblance of being true to their professional... these guys are probably good to be thugs and goons and not be moderator of this beautiful game called chess ... wish play store allows us to provide rating which is below 1 star this team truly deserves at least a minimum of 10 negative stars to being with and will not be surprised if they stoop down way below than that ...
