I installed the app for my kid on my iPad.
After the trial and having paid, the app won’t load a video required to proceed to next level. Wrote to the developers but did not get any reply.
Awful experience. Big let down.

Lesson 3 does not function well

I downloaded the game for my 7 years old girl. Everything was good until lesson 3. There is a game that does not allow us to move forward and we can not go to the next level until we finish that one. We are basically stuck.
