Lesson 3 does not function well

I downloaded the game for my 7 years old girl. Everything was good until lesson 3. There is a game that does not allow us to move forward and we can not go to the next level until we finish that one. We are basically stuck.

Response from developer

Hi there! We’re truly sorry your 7-year-old ran into a roadblock on Lesson 3 - that’s not the experience we want. We ran a thorough check on our side and couldn’t reproduce the issue, which suggests it may be device-specific. We’d love to get this fixed quickly for you. Could you please email us at info@kidsacademy.com with your device model, OS version, and the app version, plus any screenshots or a short screen recording of what happens? Our team will investigate right away and help you move forward. Thank you for flagging this and for giving our game a try - we appreciate you!
