Keeps shoving ads at you, even when i pay to avoid them
I paid 3.99 to avoid getting inescapable ads from this app, but it keeps shoving ads down my throat. I literally cannot escape these ads. There is no way to get out of them - no helpful X to click out - nothing. Also, the ads are “interactive,” ie you are just playing whatever game they’re shoving at you, and there is no - I repeat, NO - way to get out of them. This is utterly appalling. I’m honestly furious.

I love this game. It’s the funnest to me. I barely play it though cause I don’t know why cause I like Minecraft but now that Minecraft doesn’t work right now I’m playing with this and I love it

So I have had this game for a while, to go on to harder levels you have to win. But I have multiple screenshots of me having almost all my pieces while the computer only has the king. And yet according to the game this equals a draw. Every time I am about to win it calls a draw, but it has no problem calling me a loser when I don’t win.

I like the app for playing and learning chess. The problem is the ads. Sometimes there’s no way to get out of them. I just wait and wait for the x to pop up and the only thing it offers is to open the App Store for the game it’s advertising.

I’ve been using this app for over ten years. However, I had no idea it had become so full of ads and so ridiculous. I used to be able to use it offline. Now, there’s an ad for every single game—can you believe such nonsense?
Werbung oder Nötigung?
Eigentlich ein schönes Spiel und ich habe nichts gegen Werbung für andere Spiele. Das muss letztlich ja auch finanziert werden. ABER leider konnte ich wiederholt nachdem ich die Werbung gesehen hatte, nicht normal zum Schachspiel zurückkehren. Es gab nur zwei Optionen, entweder die das beworbene Spiel herunterladen, oder - wenn man aus der Endlosschlaufe herauswollte - das Schachspiel beenden und neu starten. Leider wurde dann viel zu oft die gleiche Werbung mit dem gleichen Ergebnis gezeigt. Also habe ich das Schachspiel wieder glöscht. Schade eigentlich.

Ich verstehe die guten Bewertungen hier nicht. Man kommt kaum zum Spielen. Es gibt viel zu viel Werbung. selbst mit Geduld ist das einfach nur nervig.
