Custom positions
Before the update of the new beginner bots, you could play custom positions that you set up against any bot and other people, you can’t do that now and it pisses me off! Fix this or I’ll play on lichess instead of chess.com

Wrongfully Banned Under Fair Play Policy
I was permanently banned for an alleged Fair Play violation despite not using an engine or any outside assistance. I had a few strong games, and instead of being rewarded for playing well, I was banned. I was banned twice—once on my original account and again after signing in with my Apple account—and I still don’t know which games supposedly violated the Fair Play Policy or what evidence was used. If you’re going to permanently ban someone, at least identify the specific games in question so they can understand and respond to the decision. This experience has completely undermined my confidence in the platform.
