I enjoy the vast collection and variety of puzzles.
The point system could be less brutal when you make a mistake. You could allow increasing the number of points based dinged based on number of mistakes. This will encourage player to try other options and not give up.

Works great offline
Nice to be able to do puzzles offline! Would be nice to use a local engine to analyze the position but that is just a suggestion for the future.

Lovely, simple, does what you need. Adaptive mode is great, and there are training themes as well, but just the right number.

I’ve been a chess enthusiast since the days of using Chessmaster and Rebel Decade. Nowadays, I use Lichess and Chess.com. This app has everything I love — clean and simple features, a clear improvement graph, and above all, the inclusion of FEN shows the developer’s attention to detail. I especially appreciate that there are no ads. After using it for a few more days, I plan to purchase it. The fact that it’s a one-time payment rather than a subscription is a huge plus.

Hey, thanks for trying the app out. You can play 7 puzzles for free daily. The notification(one per day) is to remind you to train can be easily turned off. It even asks you when you first receive the notification to allow or to turn them off.

The collection is great and comes with moves leading to the position.
Allow exporting solved puzzles as FEN to continue in other chess apps like SmallFish. Wish there was a way to bookmark interesting games to go back later.
