Novice verses Experience
I’m a novice and enjoy competing against other novices. When someone can beat you in two moves, they shouldn’t be playing against a novice. Just their way to boost their ego?? Also, some novices just give up too soon! You may still lose the battle, but at least give it a good try.🤷♀️
Not good
I downloaded it and I got people I felt like didn’t even know how to play chess so I played the hardest bot on there and I won first try. I am kinda good like on chess.com (I highly recommend chess.com for a chess app) I am rated around 1200 but still if I don’t even feel a little challenged by the best bot its just boring for me. Plus there is an add every five minutes so you are adding adds to a bad chess app.

I already paid for no ads. When I login I don’t want to do a tutorial every time, click popups or spin the temu wheel. Make the suffering stop. I click like 5 ads before I can play anything

No obvious way to get to a main menu so that I can change what I want to do (play a friend, play a bot, do puzzles). Also, I paid the $5 to be rid of ads only to get everything buried on internal ads (spin the wheel for extra coins, play in this event). Like I just want to get from point a to point b without be slammed for more ways to get more money from me.

ENDLESS ADS
The amount of ads in this game is ridiculous. There’s an option for hints, but you have to watch an ad to get them. However, if you click the ‘X’ for no hints and to play it will play an ad anyway!! And if you don’t want ads, you have to pay. It’s genuinely pathetic. Games are not fun anymore as it’s now all about gaining money from sponsors. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!!!

Way too many ads
There are way too many ads for this chess game to be how basic it is

I downloaded this so that I could play chess… which is the whole premise of this game supposedly. But any button you press, an add comes up. Any time you navigate the menu or click off something… another Ad… hence why the 1 star and uninstall
Advert
The game worked really well. However, I was having to play the advert whiteout survival demo game more than I was getting to play chess. The x to close the advert often never appeared and so I’d have to close the app and then play the advert again.
