Thirty second ads are just stupid …everyone quits the app and logs back in so the developer doesn’t get paid. This is one app I would happily pay for no ads. Sort it out!

Long commercials
Annoying long commercials after a game, can’t comment or congratulate an opponent. Hardly any players over 1500 rating
Too primitive
The app is too basic compared to other chess platforms and the functions are very limited. There are very few players around who might even be bots.
Unresponsive.
I pay for the premium version of this software annually. I do not get that full privileges of membership, and no one will respond to emails. I cannot add friends. I cannot select various time controls when setting up invites. They just took my money, didn’t deliver the full access, and there’s no one to complain to about it.

Average free chess app
Most players on here are just amateur at best. No way to mute chat permanently. Have to be in the game then go to chat and mute chat. Otherwise they use profanity win or lose.
Can’t even create an account
My friend had me download the app to play with him, but the very first page after I open the app is the create an account page and it won’t let me create an account. Says there’s an error with the servers or something. I thought maybe it’s my connection but I tried on wifi and data it’s still no good.
From what I’ve read of other reviews it seems like the app itself is designed well and when it works it’s great, but it experiences so many bugs and issues to the point where it’s unusable. I’ll just go back to chess.com cuz it’s not worth my time.
Tip to developers, get on top of this asap you’re losing customers daily just because of bugs. Upgrade the servers, fix any lag or errors, and if the app runs smoothly I bet you’ll be able to compete with chess.com and other bigger chess apps.

Garbage app
The timer does not stop counting down after I move. What’s the point of playing a timed game of the time is not accurate???

I got the yearly subscription and haven’t been able to use it for months because there’s no way to put forgot password in. Help or I would like a refun plz😢
Not cool
I was ahead by like 1 million I put my phone away for one second literally to grab the pizza delivery and it said abandoned the game.Please fix this issue ASAP. There’s no way I would’ve abandoned the game when I’m up by like 1 million. I was playing a chump I lost a bunch of points. Just getting a pizza delivery turn the phone off for one second. Not cool
