An sich ganz gut aber!

Diese App ist an sich gut und macht Spaß, aber leider gibt es ein Riesen Problem für mich! Ich bekomme diese Pfeile nicht weg, diese sollen die möglichen Spielzüge anzeigen. Obwohl deaktiviert bleiben die Pfeile und das stört nich leider zu sehr.

Paid for no adds but still getting them big time!

So there was a deal to “unlock all lessons and get no adds” which we paid for (I think it was £29.99).

But then the adds still remain in the “daily gifts” and “rewards” sections.

This was no specified anywhere on the deal. Also when you click on an add it’s check y enough to play one after another. Utterly disappointing!

And the cherry on the cake is that my little one who used to love playing chess now only wants to watch those adds and has stopped practicing.

I complained about this and got rejected (probably coz it took me a couple of weeks to realise this).

Please developers why do you need to abuse with false advertising and soo many adds?

Chess for hackers

I was playing since a year on this chess but yesterday suddenly i noticed that this chess allow hackers to play..not once but twice my pawn was moved ahead but as the opponent’s chance came he killed the pawn on the place it was before my turn..this was shocking

Move the coin display off the board!

I really like this game but they need to fix having the coins displayed on the board because it can block the chess squares and pieces.

You all give players warnings for “stalling,” letting time run out, and other insignificant actions, but do nothing about the rampant cheating that goes on in the app. 🤦🏾‍♂️

Feature Suggestion: Persistent Social Lobby & Offline Friend Play

I love the UI of Chess Universe! I have a feature request: could we get a persistent 'Friend Mode'? It would be great to stay in a lobby or active challenge with a friend while browsing other menus or playing mini-games (like the Islands) simultaneously, without having to close the connection to my friend.
