At a guess the app is using your Game Centre name - so its unlikely to clash with other player names in any multiplayer games. You can change your Game Centre name in the Settings app. (Apps can't set/change it themselves). Can you elaborate on the problem you mention contacting our support - the email addr should be clearly available e.g. on the store pages. (Apple control the exact store page content + layout) As far as we are aware we are receiving all the support emails.
