What's New in ChessFlex
1.8
September 26, 2026
Learn chess by watching it. Two bots play; a coach explains every step. • Learn an opening: pick from 24 classic openings. The bots play the main line while the coach explains the ideas, then the game plays on. • Watch bots play: any two bots, with live win chances, the engine's three best moves, and "what if" to see the better line after a mistake. • Six voices: the Coach, a cricket Commentator, a Cricket coach, a Radio host, an Auctioneer, and the Bard, who tells the game as a war between two kingdoms, Yoddha and Ajeya. Pick the voice you like from those on your iPhone. • Keep every game: watched games are saved with the full commentary. Replay them or share them as PGN. • Your ELO graph: now free for everyone, with your full rating history. • Try Study free for 14 days: start a free trial of every Study feature, including all six voices, before you buy. • Opening names are more accurate, and the home screen opens on Play. Everything runs on your iPhone. No accounts, no data collected.
