I just want to see transactions for the account i am on not all the transactions for every account I am on thrown together
Online bank
Online banking works excellent no jitters no shakes just works as it should very happy with it. The staff at the office is excellent. Every time I go in there they’re nothing but smiles and happy to help no difficulties whatsoever for a small bank. This is class act much better than the big banks.
Great App
Definitely worth the download
Significant downgrade from old app
The previous app kept track of your total with every transaction. Plus or minus your total, this made keeping track of exactly how much money you had coming in and going out easy especially if you’re trying to figure out how much money you can afford to put back into savings or pay on a credit card. Now you have to pull out a calculator and keep track of it manually. Return the total to every transaction and restore a little sanity to money management would you?

Confusing
I am on my sons accounts. Under transactions, it doesn’t separate mine vs his. It’s very confusing, and has led to a lot of unnecessary stress and time spent tracking it. I’d love to be able to click on an account, and see the list for that account and that account only. I’d also like to be able to still view my son’s balances, without seeing his transactions and mine mixed together. The only option is turn on seeing his, or off. And neither is acceptable.

Never had any issues with the old app, cannot figure out how to navigate the new one. Very frustrating.

Very hard to use. No way together bank e-statements. No way to print transactions. Lots of repeat information.
Read this First
Delete the old app from your phone. Download the new app and create new credentials. Should work fine.
Horrible
This new update is not user friendly. Can’t transfer money, member to member right away like the old app. Call for help and nobody at chessie understands the app at all. Also, numerous parents have all the information of their children and that poses a security issue.
Not working
Can’t use the app after they updated the system. Have to go through web browser to see account details
Upgrades
My old app login didn’t work when I downloaded it, so I just signed up for a new account. It was fairly easy. It is a little bit different, but so far it seems like an upgrade. All my accounts are easier to access and transfer and do other transactions.

Theres was already an app that worked fine enough, what was the point of completely replacing said app?
Not working
After downloading updates that is required to use, I cannot access any information as it is currently not available
