Unable is find the Home Page that lists what benefits are offered - car loan and mortgage rates, etc.
Sometimes it can be an inconvenience when you need on-line access.
Staff is very helpful and pleasant during phone interactions.
CFCU otherwise offers great service.

There is a bug in this new update
Upon launch it pops an error screen saying my device is rooted or jailbroken, and it definitely is not. It was purchased direct from Apple. Help?
Convenient!
I recently moved to Florida, and with mobile banking I can deposit checks into my account to cover my car payment. I do not have to bother with having to make transfers.

$435 million in assets but can’t run a successful app. I think it’s about time to switch to a proper bank…

The app itself has gotten better the past two years. Almost on par with other, larger banking institutions apps. However, the online service as a whole is constantly down. Always telling you to try and log in later or can’t recognize your information or validate it. No use having something you cannot use regularly. Shame.

Constantly unavailable
The online banking seems to be down more than it’s up. Pending transactions are another horror story. I look at the account seeing that I have something pending for 3 days only to be taken out before the actual date it’s supposed to come out. Ive had better experiences with my Chime account and have had it with this bank.

App rarely works
Does not let me into my bank account when I actually need to get in. Would NOT recommend.
I can’t log in half the time
It doesn’t let me login half the time and I have my id and password correct

Complete trash. This app belongs on my curb on Monday and Thursday nights
Needs fixed
App constantly logs me out and says “an error occurred during you log in try again later”. Seriously needs fixed or I will have to change banks.

I love this app, so convenient! Makes things like checking my balance or making payments so easy.
ANNOYING
I seriously hate this app and hate this bank I’m seriously going to switch do not recommend either. Never says that online banking is down so I end up getting locked out of my account and having to call these jerks. I love when they want to fix this already crap app when I need to check my account on pay day. SERIOUSLY. Just don’t get it. Useless. Trash.

This app is absolutely horrible, it’s unreliable and fails every single day, we have had to change our password multiple times in one day just to access the account, it also will say invalid user and the app will be down for hours. It’s terrible to have to rely on this type of app service from my credit union.

I have never been able to use this app when it is important. Every time I try to log in it locks me out.
Better than nothing?
If you like a buggy and hard to use app this is it. It is better than nothing, but not by much. Oh and don’t expect too much support from customer service. Long waits on hold and then a quick transfer to someone else’s
voice mail.

App has consistent error messages and doesn't allow me to login in. This happens multiple times a week.
