App loads the map but nothing else. A message at the top of the page displays “Error. Unable to load incidents”

We apologize for the inconvenience. Our data is sourced from Chester County Emergency Services, which has been experiencing issues loading the last few days. Everything seems to be functioning correctly now.

App no longer loads. It used to work fine but now it just spins and spins.

Update: thank you for the response from the developer. The app seems to be functioning properly again.

Apologies for the inconvenience. Chester County has been having issues with their feed not loading intermittently for a little while now. We’ve recently put some fixes in place to mitigate these issues.

Slowing Down

What is wrong with this app? It use to load quickly but now all it does is spin and trying to load incidents. By the time it’s done loading the fire department or police are at its destination.

Often unable to load incidents

When this app works it provides great information. But there are more and more times recently that an error is not allowing the incidents to be loaded.

Great app, but would enjoy notifications

Chester County Incidents is a great app if you are in Chester County and like seeing what’s going on around you. I would like a notification feature if there is an incident in my immediate area.

Information

Really miss not having the information on an incident in traffic for auto accidents it was helpful, more info there then we get on active 911 so we knew what we were going into when we arrived at the scene.

Love this and the Montgomery county one. I recently moved to Berks county and was wondering if their was an app in the works for there.

Simple and Informative!

I have two routes I can take for my commute and it is nice to have an app where I can quickly see if there are any problems on either one. It also gives me context that google maps doesn’t give. Traffic is always somewhat red on google in my area so it’s hard to distinguish big issues from normal traffic. With this app I know if it’s a big problem or a minor issue which helps me make a better decision. Love it!
