Supporting local…
This app is great…and it’s local. Not ripping off local restaurants like the well known, national apps. Always worked every time and very happy to support local Chester businesses and ensure more money is kept in their pocket (our local economy) rather than lining the fat-cats pockets.
Won’t be using again
Have used twice now and both times garbage! Second time food took over three hours and was told by restaurant sorry no drivers but we’ll keep your food warm!🤷♂️ Chester eats just said it’s not their fault and Chester was busy that night! No offer of compensation or anything! No option to track drivers either! Do yourself a favour and stick with the bigger operators👍

Can’t give restaurant feedback
Tried the app as one of my favourite restaurant isn’t on Just Eat anymore. Their delivery was fine. Just tried new restaurant. Service terrible food late didn’t really appreciate couldn’t give feedback and unlike just eat no recourse and no refund

Cant track driver
Food came but app isnt updated in terms of where the food is after the restaurant starts making it
problems with the apps like unable to cancel order or edit addresses or even contact tech support
I had a terrible experience my 4 th time ordering . There was no option to change address , and the only option is to call the restaurant . The restaurant people as usual din do any help so I lost my money and never got the delivery . Won’t be using this anymore . Thanks
An absolute cracker!
Great to have this Indy food delivery app for Chester and so many great Indy restaurants and take seats are on it. It works easily, brilliant that it works with Apple Pay and delivery was early too.
