if you were to design an app with the intention of keeping customers away this would be perfect! Convoluted and the confirmation didn’t work. No support to resolve. Will watch for free from the city walls in the future!

Can’t load app stalled on age I think. Ringing daughter to help. Been coming for years. Now have to book two nights at hotel to come for Saturday and can’t download app. I’m looseing the will to live

Terrible app driving customers away
Why over-complicate the ticketing process. So long winded and full of bugs. Very frustrating. This is single-handedly driving your regular customers away. We can’t be bothered anymore given the hassle involved
