Particularly interesting using the two way chat. Really unique way to look for / buy an equinox. It’s not fast but I think that’s ok bc you get back solid models for sale in your area. Worth a try I’d say
Confused at first but found it useful
Not sure at first open of the app how it worked. I put in my equinox specs (2018 in red with under 20,000 mi). The system send me some options which were only OK. Then it hooks you up with a shopping expert who does the research for you and it was a totally different and better experience. Worth a try

Personal shopper
Don't need a personal shopper to get groceries but for a car this makes sense. Tried this and found it odd at first but it found me used Equinox models near me through the ai bot. It's a different way to browse but it works quite well
App Usability
I confirmed the car I wanted was in inventory and connected with the dealership with a few clicks. Super easy.
Oil Change
This app was great and easy for me to use to schedule an appt. I for one do not like talking on the phone so this was a perfect for me! Plus now I have no excuse to not get an oil change!

Had a question on when to book my first service appointment and the chat person was really helpful in giving me and answer and sending me a link to book the appointment.
Easy tool for maintenance
Somehow calling the dealership to make a maintenance appointment always falls to the bottom of my list. Just did it now with a few clicks. Boom. Helpful info on here too- i recommend for fellow Equinox owners.
