It starts you off in a text questionnaire of sorts to learn what kind of Malibu you’re looking for. I got vehicles in my area that fit my specs. I think at some point a human takes over the chat. Worked pretty good for me but they didn’t have the exact Malibu I was looking for
Pretty easy and works
Easy and comfortable way to shop. I used the “ask the expert” part and got real informed answers that didn’t appear to be biased or pushy. It kind of works like a two question and answer flow. It’s different but I like it
