App doesn’t work correctly
Can’t reset password because it never sends link or anything when you select this option. And no one responds when you select contact tech support. Guess you don’t want my business!
Can’t enjoy the pate being skimp on the sauce
Before I used to get two Katu sauces with my order. Now just 1. What happened? Is the Popularity bringing a higher demand that chezkatu can’t deliver????? I could understand if it was this way before

The App doesn’t work
My rating is toward the app, not the food. I’ve tried multiple times to login the first day I downloaded it (6/27/20) but the app would immediately close out when I clicked the “sign in” button. I think this may be specific to iPhones (or maybe just mine, idk). I contacted the restaurant through Instagram, and they told me to contact tech support through the app. I did and never heard back. I tried to download the app on someone else’s phone (a galaxy) and only then was I able to place my order so it was all fine.
It’s now 7/4/20 and I’m still having the same issue on my iPhone. I tried to delete & redownload the app, restart my phone, etc. but nothing has changed. I also never heard back from tech support but sent them another message this morning. Not sure that this will ever be resolved.
