Bad quality of sweets

Bought Kalakand 1 kg from their shop. It was just khoya with sugar, totally dry. Disappointment. Worst kalakand ever. Buying anything from the shop is a nightmare. Samples on display not representative of actual sweets. Order taken by one person, passed on to another, billed by another, cash handled by another.
