We will try to resolve the issues. Kindly note, if you are upgrading the application then you need to click on the purchase button on top of the videos (which were purchased by you earlier). Once you do that, you will be shown a message that it is already purchased by you and you will be given an option to download / stream those videos for free. Thanks.

Crappy app....beware

This app is a way to make money, every single piece of feature is additional bucks that you have to shed. Episode downloads take forever and does not play immediately.

Careful if updating the app.

Be careful if you are updating this app since it wipes out the old episodes that you might have purchased. The company advised that if you click on the episode it will allow you to reload for free but do not see that option. Only gives the option to buy.....
