Best Game Ever
I don’t say this lightly.
I first met Bobbi Hamilton in 2004 at the International Yoga Journal Conference, and from the earliest stages of development, I witnessed the evolution of what would become the Chi Universe Flow & Phreeze Game. Watching this program grow over the years has been nothing short of extraordinary.
As someone who has been teaching yoga for 25 years and has taught over 20,000 classes, I’ve worked with nearly every tool, mat, and modality you can imagine. And yet—this is the mat I use every single day.
Even now, after using it consistently since 2011, it still brings me joy. I make sure to get at least seven minutes of practice in daily, and the Flow & Phreeze format continues to feel fresh, playful, and grounding. It never gets old.
I’ve taught this work everywhere—from drug and alcohol recovery centers in Malibu to after-school programs and daycare settings. The beauty of the Chi Universe Flow & Phreeze Game is that it meets people exactly where they are. It invites movement without pressure, awareness without judgment, and connection without force.
It’s fun.
It’s regulating.
It’s empowering.
And it works.

Best in Kids & Family Yoga
Simple and easy to learn correct yoga poses and breathing exercises! This game is by far the best in the market for kids and family yoga!
Fun and interactive activity for my kiddos and me
I’m always trying to find a reason to do more yoga, but not always prioritizing my time with 3 young kiddos. Now my 9 year old has bestowed it upon herself to do a weekly yoga play date together. She teaches through the cards and symbols and I get in a fabulous stretch while hanging with her and her 2 younger siblings, ages 6 &7. I highly recommend this product for any kiddos interested in yoga, and any parents who want to encourage their kiddos to start young. And for all those parents who want to find more time for yoga but don’t always get to prioritize themselves.

Perfect wellness game for niece & nephew
The Chi mat is awesome and the Chi universe game app is comprehensive and so fun. My niece and nephew have now gotten interested in yoga and they love the poses and earning chi points. Love this! Highly recommend!
Fun for all!
Love Chi Universe with my toddler. It’s a great way to introduce him to yoga and the various poses. The games keep him interested and I find it helpful there are more videos on YouTube. I’m also enjoying the movement and poses for myself!
A hit with my nieces and nephew
As an auntie, I love doing the Chi Universe program with my nieces and nephew. It is the perfect balance of game that they are actually into and a healthy way to keep them entertained. I tell all my friends with kids about Chi Universe!!!
Great For Kids
I introduced the Chi Universe Yoga program and game to my nieces and they are obsessed. Now I’m uncle #1!!
Great for the whole family!
We started off with one kid’s yoga mat and the app. Now the whole family has yoga mats, the app, the flash card, the posters. We absolutely love this and use it daily! Great for getting kids focused, calmed down, family time, and in-tune with their bodies/kind. 10/10 recommend!
Huge fan of this app and corresponding Chi Mat
As a Yoga teacher, this is my favorite way to integrate Yoga & Wellness into the homes of my clients with children and grandchildren. The symbols on the app match the symbols on the Chi Mat which properly align the body. I know that when you practice alignment it strengthens the body container and in turn it can hold more energy or chi. Such an adorable brand, I love Chi Universe!

If I could give zero stars I would
App doesn’t load at all. Pretty sad for a $40 yoga mat that was supposed to have a working app that helps and guide through poses.
A great way to keep the kiddos active and engaged!
Our 6 year old (boy) loves his chi mat and the app is so user friendly and easy to follow along, he can open and begin his challenges all by himself.
This app is the perfect way to get your kids involved and excited, gives the participant regular positive reinforcements and moves quickly enough that they stay interested and motivated to continue.
This is a well thought program and activity for kids of all ages - infact - as an adult, I have enjoyed using it with my kiddo, a great way to spend time together.

Update crashed my app
I was loving this app until the update which has made the app unable to load. VERY disappointing as I paid $40 for a mat that I can no longer use. Please fix it quickly.

Amazing
Our son Tegan is 4 years old and loves to do Yoga with is papa! This App keeps him engaged and AMPED on healthy exercise. The mat makes his a fun game that has a wonderful place in our home at all times. Highly recommend!!!!! Great work Bobbi

Great addition to Phresh kids yoga mat
We already loved the Presh Yoga Mat, but this app is a great addition. It's easy for kids to follow on their own. The graphics are colorful and engaging. Moving through levels allows a beginner to feel successful and then encourages them to continue through the levels and push themselves. Highly recommend.
