The game is fun and a good way to kill time, but it crashes so much that it’s annoying. None of the recent updates have fixed the crashing.

All of a sudden you need so many residents to access locked stuff I already had access to but are now locked due to not enough residents and I can't even get more residents bc the things I need to get more residents are locked due to not enough residents.... Unless you spend a boat load of money... Nope deleted was fun while it lasted but then they got greedy n took everything away so ✌🏽

Really mad about how much time and money i have put into this game for it to load up tonight and everything be changed alot of unlocks moved to higher levels and locked
Great Game
This is a great game to waist time one. It just takes forever to gain and obtain energy. There needs to be another way so you can clear stuff. Also away to get TNT. 40 gems is a little much

Looks like a great game just started playing hopefully with updates we will be able to join a group and also have a group chat and with a guild we will be able to help out our team wth energy I just purchased a small set, but I will wait to see how this game turns out, I’ve seen comments on how people are complaining about energy please listen to wht we have to say if you want this game to succeed support your game and make customers happy.

Fantastic Customer Support!
I have played games that requires heavy grinding and that includes gachas. This is a game that requires time and for you to sit back and relax. Obviously, you will get burnt out fast if you level up and progress too quickly, so don’t act surprised by that. For the experienced veterans of game with MMOs and Gacha games. You know what I mean when I say that customer support in games aren’t the greatest. Not naming names, but if you’re reading this, you probably have a couple of companies or games in your mind right now. Anyway, my point is that there are other quality of life measures that are important outside of the game, which is a great slow-paced game by itself. The most important one being customer support. Now, let me tell you, this game has the absolute hands down BEST customer support I’ve seen in the decades that I’ve played since the smartphone was invented. Courteous, respectful, polite. They answer your questions concisely and have actual real solutions. They WILL get back to you with answers and they communicate! Now if you’re wondering why this is important. I’ve encountered my fair share of bad customer service. Again not naming names, but other mobile games customer support will straight up tell you to get a better phone. It doesn’t get much more of a slap in the face than that honestly unless they insult you, which wouldn’t be the first time… Just on customer service alone gives them an extra 3 stars. The two is just because the game gives me great nostalgia for Island Experiment. It’s just as fun once you get into the groove!
Also, those complaining about running out of energy and coins very quickly are generally the same ones that are rushing the game. Find a delivery that you absolutely hate to complete? Well, bud, there’s a red button next to it which is the trash can. Tap it and you can now cycle through tasks you are willing to do. Just know that’s the same for the airship as well. You are not OBLIGATED to finish that specific delivery. The whole point is to slow down, relax, and complete things at your own pace.

The previous version of the game “Island Experiment” was better.
You keep running out of energy in this version and can hardly get anything done.

I miss the old version! , if y’all could have it to where we have another option for buying energy or diamonds or our Facebook friends should be able to send us things like this you do a few digs and you’re out of energy most of the time very big things or you need dynamite if I wasn’t in love with the game already I’d give it up cause it’s lowkey a cap.

Tedious!
This game starts kind of fun but drags on forever. You get Mayr a quarter of the available tasks done every day. Every task requires the removal of 6-20 obstacles that each take 3-150 energetic and 4+into the game I have 156 daily energy. Too slow to continue. Deleting as of this post. Boooring!
Good game but…
I like this game. A lot. It’s challenging and fun. But… why do I have to pay tons of coins every other time I start production in a coop or animal pen? And the cost of greenhouse productions are outrageous. It’s really hard to get ahead in this game.
Don’t waste your time.
I’ve been playing for a while now. I downloaded for some relaxing time. But come to find out, it takes to long to get resources. Building was easy at first, then it seemed like every building you needed to build needed more resources. So you complete deliveries. But in order to get what you actually need you have to waste time on making those orders. It takes to much time and resources and you definitely don’t get enough tools with just deliveries to help. Ever since your last update I’m also getting connection errors. And you lose that progress and any resources you needed. The dig site is fun but you could have added tools in the site as well. Plus, if you want to just buy the resources you need with the gems you find that you never will have enough. Forcing you to either waste more time or spend actual money. And most people don’t have that money to waste on stuff that will only last a little bit. I think I will be deleting this game. I’m almost to the end anyways. And I need like 15 hammers to get me through building what is needed. I wouldn’t even have given you 1 star but it forces us to check a star.

I need to report a problem but when I go to the website it tells me an error has occurred.
My problem is that I cannot connect to the game. It is giving me network errors and my network is fine. I have uninstalled reinstalled multiple times. It works once after that but when I try to play again the same thing happens.

DO NOT GET!
I loved the old version and I decided to start playing again so I had to download this new version. It was fun for a few hours but then it crashed twice and just logged me out. So I closed it out and thought I’d try again later….well when I opened up the app again it told me “there is a new version available! Update and come back!” I clicked update and it took me to my App Store but it didn’t give me an update option. It just said “open” so I clicked it and it took me back to the game loading screen where it said “there is a new version available! Update and come back!” So now I’m clicking over and over again and it’s just a vicious cycle!

Very poor company
I started playing this game when it was Treasure Island. I did like it, but then nexters decided to end that one and replace it with Chibi Island. Now they are replacing Chibi Island with who know what. Well I an done. Your games are just not worth the hassle.

Love it!
I love this this game. The only complaint I have is how long it takes to complete building actions. I’ve been trying to complete to buildings but it takes me awhile to gain saws. Other than that, I enjoy playing it. Wish I could find more games like it!
Cannot advance without spending $$$ after over a year of play.
I love the game, but I’m so frustrated. I’m down to my last couple of coin, I won’t be able to “repair” my chicken and cow farms anymore soon. I can’t sell anything at the delivery board because it all needs a glass item, I can’t build the glassblower because it needs gears, so I literally have no way to bring money in. I can’t send the airship for gears because I have no money to build the packing shop. There’s also no way to buy a decent amount of coin with diamonds without spending at bare minimum $2 each on a very select few of each when I’d rather have combined packages of a decent amount of each to actually get somewhere that repairing my farms won’t just eat up.

Energy makes me mad
Loved the old version experiment. This one is fun, but it’s impossible to play for more than 30 seconds without running out of energy. They just want people to spend money to buy energy. The energy required to clear some obstacles is insane. If you want us to spend 25 energy to get 2 things a time, then have us earn as much as we can while we aren’t playing.

It is really good but there is only one mini game and I hate the collecting energy part and when my storage is full I can’t fix it.
