Quality and customer service recently
Recently the response to emails/instagram contact has been none to days at a time. Drawings take days and are poor quality when received. I don’t know if this app was just not lucrative for them and it’s been neglected but it’s been disappointing.

Thanks for contacting us Heather. There may be a bit of confusion regarding what our app does. We offer custom fashion illustrations by real artists. Our sketches are not generated by AI as it seems like you're confusing us with other apps that utilize AI. That's also why we can't show a preview upfront because the artist needs to physically sketch the image you submit first. That is also why it's not instantaneous because the artwork is assigned to an artist first and then they need time to sketch it. We also offer a revision as well in case there's any issue with the final product. In terms of pricing, for a real person to do the sketch, our pricing is extremely competitive at $9.99 for a base sketch with an option $5 fee if you need the work rushed. Everything (including pricing) is clearly stated in our App Store description, in our TOS and also again before payment during confirmation. Our customer service team responded to you immediately via the support ticket and will work until you are satisfied with the resolution. Our artists are very hard working people and we greatly appreciate you re-evaluating your review since it seems to be a miss-communication and some of the language you used like "extortion" is completely unwarranted. Thank you.

Update: In reference to your response, there should’ve been something clearly stated about it not being instant, and it should’ve been very visible. I wouldn’t have minded it if it were a filter. It sounds as if you’re being condescending, but please know this, I no longer want the product because I didn’t get it when I needed it. It has been a couple of days, and I still don’t have it, so all I want is a refund. Thanks in advance!!
