Hard to use

Always in error. Could not load map.

Poor App - fails to load.

I’ve tried unsuccessfully to use this app for the Open House Chicago. The app fails to load and if it does load freezes. Last year’s app was operational. So, why did they try to improve upon it?

Can’t get it to work

First it got stuck on the “checking for updates” screen. I restarted several times, no luck, so I deleted and redownloaded. Finally got past that screen, only to get stuck on the home screen, loading for ages. Restart several times, finally got to the OHC screen. Clicked on the neighborhoods button and it just gets stuck loading. I’ve been trying for a half an hour and have barely gotten past the home screen. I give up.
