The whole car was stinky because of two homeless sleeping
Train Tracker tracks nothing
I was trying to look at a train schedule for a few days ahead, and no matter what date or time I put in, the response was the same. It said "no scheduled trips at this time".
Suspicious ad is riding on this ap.
Use about once a month. Live in burbs so not constant user. Going to use next week. Planning the trip opened app and now getting an ad message about storage but shows misleading info if you don’t realize it is an ad. Info in ap is quite helpful for downtown el and maps.

I had to finally delete this app because it becomes unresponsive or just very slow to the point where it is a liability. Also the ads are annoying—don’t these people know we are never going to click those ads and buy their stuff?

This is crapware. You need to get some account in hipgogo and who knows what that is. Total bloat. Won’t give info.
Accurate Schedule
Trip planner does not provide accurate schedule. There is no schedule for cta trains or buses.

I have been using the app for a while over a year, fist i noticed the time faded on the iPhone it really blended in with the background which is bad it was hard to see the time, this was fixed it looks a lot better. However i noticed that the estimated time of arrival for the trains to get to the station is completely off sometimes by an extra 10 minutes, in train times that’s a lot, considering trains don’t wait. I have double check it the actual arrival time with the CTAs website and it matches, but when you do the calculation for the expected time it takes to get to the station is off as I explained above. Please fix it , the cta only shows the time the train will be there but it won’t show you the time it will take for the train to get there I know it’s a simple calculation but it is a feature I really like of this app. Please fix.

Dont know if it’s because of the app or who puts the information in but every morning at 8:34 it says purple line to howard (its the red line) then purple line to howard at 8:40 (its the redline) get you stuff together everything else is pretty good
Time
I like the app pretty much spot on. The only thing for now that I have seen on iPhone is that the time clock seems to be faded. It is difficult to see the time when all else has stronger colors the time seems hidden, that’s the way apples shows it but if the app could do something to accentuate the time clock it would be a life changer; as all that this apps does is tells us when (time) the transportation will come, it’s all time related to as an user have difficulty seeing the time on the phone makes it difficulty to relate to.

What Happened
Used this ap for downtown navigation many times. Today it is hangingup on the L tracker. Can’t return to home. Ads stuck and not in my language. And they aren’t even great products. Is it because of latest ios fix this week?
