Disappointed and Customer Service Non Existent
We always order the same meal from 2 donner kebabs with salad so yesterday I clicked re-order previous meal which is what I always do and there is never any issue, however when our food arrived it was just plain donner meat no salad, when I rang to say we’d got the wrong order I was told that I had actually rang them and said no salad, I told them no I haven’t another guy came on the phone and said the same I asked what number this person had called from he had no idea, it was just a lame excuse because they’d sent the wrong order, they guy said I’ll send you some salad out and mayo, please I said just forget it, they still took full money from my account. The food went in the bin, the pitta bread and the chips were rock solid and the meat was hard and dried up. You’ve lost a customer and I definitely will be telling others to think twice before ordering from you, customer service is appalling.
