Gets order wrong
I ordered the full burrito with guac, etc in the app - but they gave me a burrito with none - just a %80 rice burrito for $20. Maybe you have to order in person to get the order right? I never heard back about a partial refund.

Chicano Boy is great. Awesome atmosphere if you go in person, but we typically use the app for takeout and it works like a charm every time. Fast turnaround on the orders is a huge bonus!

I hate this app.
I takes longer to open this app, turn on location, set up user name, oops wrong user name or password, reset password, go to email, reset password, call the store, no answer, leave a bad review…. Than it does to go to el puerto and sit down to eat. Geez.
