Lost Points
I lost my points when they changed their authentication method. I was logging in via email before and was accumulating points on my orders. Once they changed to logging in using Apple or Google, all points were lost. Emailed their support a couple of times, but no response.

Hi, I’m having trouble making a payment in the app. It used to work before, but suddenly none of my payments are going through.
I’ve tried all of the cards I have, but they all fail, so I think there might be a bug with the app.

App looks fine but I'm not sure why this can't be used in-store. I don't see a barcode or anything. Useless for me since I don't order ahead.
Please update your app
The app doesn’t take my payment. It doesn’t have a barcode either. How can customers get the rewards I wonder? So please at least add a barcode for the membership and they can claim the rewards! Thank you!
Payment Does Not Work
Despite entering my credit card details correctly, it would not submit. And the app has no back up like Apple Pay or Pay Pal
Dine In Option in App
It would be most helpful to add a Dine in Option to the app in addition to the carry out option.
No qr codes
I wanted to transfer my Chick-fil-A card to the app, but they have no option to do that.
Having an app with no QR code in 2025 is kind of lazy. The app feels like it was made in 2015. I have no complaints about the other features just about the QR code.

I’m getting so tired of having to put in my card every single time I want to order from the app. The website saves the payment info, I don’t know why the app doesn’t?? It’s so irritating. Also you are forced to use the app if you want rewards so if I were to order through the same account but from the website, no points no nothing. Please fix this!!!!!!

Only one location so far
This was my mistake. I was feeling for some food so I ordered on line because there was a really long line. When I ordered I didn’t realized that there was only one location. The chick-fil-a at don mills. I was in the plaza near “Vaughan” mills. I assumed that they made a typo or something so I ordered to don mills only to realize that they didn’t make a typo and that don mills did actually exist. I realized when it said north York on the online order. I called customer service and the said they will send me a email and refund me within 48 hours so now I’m just waiting. The people are really nice though.
