Chick-fil-A Film Room is a video review tool built for the Chick-fil-A Corporate Support Center, developed by ScoreBreak under contract with Chick-fil-A. Restaurant Excellence Consultants across Food Excellence, Service Excellence, and Film Enablement can capture video at Operator restaurants, mark specific moments, and add tags or notes. Those clips can then be shared and reviewed with the Operator and their team, giving everyone a shared point of reference for what was observed and what to focus on next. The intent is twofold. First, the tool produces the underlying data behind a consultant’s recommendations: the clips, tags, and timestamps that show why a conclusion was reached, not just what it was. Second, that same material makes follow-up conversations with Operators more productive, since a clip of an actual interaction is clearer than a written description and gives both sides a shared reference point.
