Won’t let me order
I want to like this place but it wouldn’t let me order without some other Stipe thing, so I got the App & it won’t let me order from that because it won’t recognize my phone number. I want to order from you, you’ve just made it so it’s super difficult on the customer.
Prices have gone over the roof
I was trying to place an order for half grilled chicken (on its own) which I can see few weeks ago was £7 and on the new app for the same it’s charged at £11 like wise whole grilled chicken has gone from around £12/13/14 to £19. I was not ready to pay £19 so went straight to the shop and the prices at the shops aligned to the old prices so not sure why there is huge difference between the app and shop. I think you may have to refund any additional cost charged through app.

Epic fail
They launched a new app and it is actually worse than the one before, which was bad enough already. A promotional offer of 5 free wings showed as £0 in app but then charged full price at checkout. When I placed my order the local store then said they couldn’t see it on their system and I had to show them the receipt so they knew what I had ordered. Complete shambles!
