Loyalty rewards is a scam
They never give me credit for rewards, even after uploading receipts they just deny it
I feel like I should stop going to chicken guy now which is ironic because their rewards was supposed to make me want to go more. It’s done the opposite here.

I have not been able to place single order using this app at Disney Springs, Orlando location. Before downloading this app I placed order using website. I have latest version of iOS and this app but keep getting error “Error validating basket”. Worst app ever!
Malfunctioning App!
Love this place but if they weren’t across the street from me, they would’ve lost my business tonight because the app wouldn’t complete my order. Now I know why. Rather than tell the customer an item is no longer available it just comes up as an order error. Since I am not a mind reader, I didn’t know the banana pudding shake wasn’t available since it was the app menu. It wasn’t until I walked across to the store that I learned it. It’s 2025 an app shouldn’t be that primitive!!
