When the alarm goes off, there's exactly one way to silence it: show up at your gym and check in. GPS proves you're actually there. No "I'll go later." No snooze that lasts three weeks. Don't show up? You get a chicken. And you won't be the only one who knows. HOW IT WORKS - Pick your gym days and times. - The alarm rings and keeps ringing until you check in at your gym. - Show up: your streak grows. Chicken out: it's on the record. CHOOSE YOUR CONSEQUENCE - Squad: friends who see every check-in and every chicken. - Witness: one person who gets notified the moment you fold. Pick one. Pick both. Nowhere to hide is the entire point. BUILD SOMETHING YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE - Streaks that hurt to break. - Points that go up when you show up and down when you don't. - 30 badges, from "Off the Couch" to the near-impossible "Immortal." - A monthly global league against everyone else who refuses to quit. WHY IT WORKS Motivation fades. Consequences don't. Chicken turns "I'll go tomorrow" into "I have to go, or everyone will know." It's the gym buddy who never lets it slide — except it's a very judgmental chicken. This time, quitting has consequences. Set your alarm. Show up. Repeat. You must be 18+ to use Chicken. Your location is used only to verify you're at your gym, never tracked in the background. SUBSCRIPTION INFORMATION Chicken offers two optional auto-renewable subscriptions, each available monthly or yearly: - Chicken Solo — Monthly or Yearly - Chicken Squad — Monthly or Yearly (covers up to 5 people) Prices are shown in your local currency on the subscription screen in the app. Subscriptions start with a free trial where offered. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscriptions in your Apple Account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
