Great food but poor app with easy fix
You can’t order two of the same side dish. It forces you to pick two different side dishes. The app didn’t use to do that. Please fix the app so I can order what I want via the app.

No Mediterranean Fries option
I had to cancel my order and go in person since there was no option to add Mediterranean Fries in the menu through the app.

Simple to use
No issues with ordering. Food was ready when I got to the restaurant.
Don’t waste your time with the app
I love Chicken Maison, but their app is a waste of time. I’ve used it twice and both times they had me waiting well passed the anticipated pick up time. In fact, others who came after me and ordered at the counter got their food before me! Don’t waste your time with the app. It’s faster ordering at the counter or calling in.

Doesnt see the special instructions
Yesterday ordered salad (special instructions dressing on side) and spicy chicken sandwich with steamed vegetables. When picking up, dressing on salad and no veges. Person at shop showed me the order and it didn't have the special instructions OR my order of veges. In fact the price of the order on their end was different than what i paid. Good thing i had the receipt handy. Cashiers said the app has been having problems for a while.
If ordering straight off menu should be OK, but make sure you review your order before you leave the store.
