Doesn’t Work
Never received a PIN. Tried several times. Also tried phone call activation. Doesn’t work. Now I’m unable to order at all because the website auto redirects me to the app. Pro-tip - don’t attempt to use the app. Just order online… guess we are getting chicken from somewhere else today 😂

No order history function unless you want to just press re-order and spend money. Ne receipt function. No email confirmation upon order.
ReOrder function says i made two orders today, store says they have zero mobile orders, despite what the app states.
Wasted money with double order. Wasted time in store having to wait as if i never used the app.
Store level just shrugs about app issues. App doesn’t change except to popup advertisements every time you navigate through the home tree.

Delayed pickup times
App creates delayed pickup times that can’t be changed and force you to wait 45 minutes to pick up order even though store isn’t busy. Store assumes you out time in and doesn’t even start order until right before pickup time.
Convenient!
App is very user friendly! I like that it saves my precious orders so I am able to quickly reorder the next time I use the app. Many different food items on the menu that I was not aware Chicken Shack had. Try the chicken sandwich it’s amazing!!!!
Simply doesn’t work
It does not work at all. Always get stuck on the pickup time page. Tried it several times. Deleted and reinstalled. Same thing.
Excellent User Experience
Thanks for the app. I’ll be a customer again. I appreciate not having to order with an up-charge on a 3rd party site and your app is great.
Order not received
Check and make sure the stores you have on the app actually receive the orders from the app.
Chicken Shack has an App!!
Very easily operated. Glad to see one of my favorite restaurants adding an app that is quick for lunch orders.
