Impossible to pair!
BT is detected on my iPhone 13 ProMax and it even connects - but the app simply cannot connect to the device standing in an eternal loop to timeout. I can’t run the device without the app so it’s deemed worthless! Please fix this!

aber ok..für mich auf jedem fall besser als my chihiro. Ich betreibe zwei Lampen WRGB und die A Serie. Da mein Handy Display zu klein ist verwende ich die App am IPad und hier ist das händling super Schön wäre noch wenn man selber 1-3 Profile erstellen könnte das lokal gespeichert wird
The timer is changing by itself
I set the sunset light at 4pm-10pm. Day by day the sunset timer is changing unscheduled, sometimes 15mins late, 30mins late and so on.

Terrible Interface
its terrible to use that interface. the configuration directly on the graph, the way it was done, is terrible and it is certaninly hurting the products sales. SOLVE THIS SOON!

I dont know why after i set everything, the LED sorta disconnected and sometimes the light flickered and sometimes it lights up when it’s not supposed to.It then can be fixed by connecting to phone again which is actually a hassle. I have to connect to my phone every single time to make the LED lights up according to my set settings

It would be good to have a quick set that can set more than 1 period of time in a day
Davvero complicata e non performante
Nella modalità auto è davvero difficile impostare ora e potenza.
Poi quando si passa da un colore all’altro spesso perde l’impostazione del colore che si era già sistemato.
Se si accede all’app durante la giornata magari per modificare una linea, perde le impostazioni quindi bisogna rifare tutto.
Se si accede da altra postazione idem, parte da zero,quindi la si può utilizzare o solo da cell o solo da Tablet, perchè non sono sincronizzati.
Davvero un’app allucinante...la plafo invece, nel suo insieme di colori è davvero bella.

Dopo l’aggiornamento è anche peggio.
Non è ammissibile che un’azienda come la Chihiros faccia app del genere. Pessima. Ingestibile. Commander 4 da cestinare.

Perde l’ora. Anzi.. non la sincronizza proprio. Questo è intollerabile.

I have 2 commander 4 for 2 WRGB. How can i copy setting from one lamp to another?

I Have a Chihiros Wrgb. First Thing is that there is no Tablet Version of the App with bigger Scale, so we can set the Time of each channel corectly. Second Thing: Please add a Fade Function, so the Move from 0% to 100% looks smooth! Third Thing: everytime i enter the app and the Controller, all my Settings are lost and not saved :/ Please change this few things and your customers will be luckier than bevor.
