I love them but they don't work

I really am happy I have them but the somehow don't work on my device(iPhone 11) I've tried clicking open on the downloading area but that takes me to O2 messages. Please fix this problem because I really love Chikin nugget and the other Characters but this isn't working. Sorry if I've caused any hassle or delay in making new episodes I just wish to use the stickers.

Cool but

Chicken nugget is a awesome YouTuber and I love the shorts but there’s not many stickers to use so I hope in the future you could add more but otherwise it’s awesome and also. Chikn nugget
