Awful
So many glitches - with every aspect of the app. Do yourself a favor and avoid using this app. There are much better options out there. As a childcare worker, I am already busy enough doing a million things, so adding the layer of stress that Seer brings to my work days makes things even harder. Parents also are constantly complaining about Seer's issues. It's a shame that this company profits off our backs and can't even create a functioning app.

Too unstable as an app aimed at parents
My child has been enrolled in an educational program that utilizes this application. The program’s administrators have cycled through many different apps, but we have used this one exclusively since enrolling our child. The app consistently loads blank pages and/or “There were no entries for Xxxxxx - check again later” when earlier in the day entries have been made. Initially the application crashed a good deal, but it seems to be consistent more than crashing as of late. The payment processing was dreadful when we began six months ago. We paid in cash at the location to avoid its use. It does not always load completely, leaving a question mark instead of pictures. The program also dislikes that it will not allow you to load videos, but that should be the least of the programmers worries at this point in time.

It’s like pulling teeth
I was using another popular app for daycare to share updates with parents. It was ok, but had some frustrating limitations. When our daycare told us they were switching providers, I was annoyed but figured it couldn’t get any worse. Boy, was I wrong!
This app is frustrating from the start. The different areas of the app are not intuitive. The design is awful and the UX is confusing. I used to enjoy downloading photos of my kids into the native Photos app. Now it wants to open the image in Instagram by default? Even worse, when I try to download all of the images from the day (a clever idea, if it worked), it gives me a ZIP file. What am I supposed to do with that on my phone?! (Incidentally, I’ve never seen an app or website load images from left to right instead of top to bottom. What is even happening here?!)
Why submit an app to the App Store if you’re not going to support any iOS features?! It would be better to simply use the web app…. which, by the way, is exactly what I’m forced to do when scanning the QR code at the school, instead of opening the app that I’m already logged into on my phone.
I expect a reply from the developer saying updates are on the way, just like they did to another review. But 1 year later and I’m still noticing the same problems persist.

Fantastic app for staff and administrators
In this day and age, being able to access almost anything on your cell phone is almost mandatory. The Child Care Seer app allows for daycare management from your cell phone! No more needing to worry about having your laptop available or needing to have access to WiFi. The peace of mind of being able to see what is going on in your center is an administrators dream come true!!

Update
I keep getting notifications to update the app but there is no option to update in the App Store. The app isn’t user friendly. It always takes me to a webpage to review any contents.
