Needs More Features
I’ve been looking for a replacement for the Total Baby app for a while and was hopeful this might fit the bill. You can share with family members, but this app needs password protection, the ability to backup and export the data(this was the problem with Total Baby when it closed up shop), as well as more functionality to track dr visits.

Doesn’t save data
I thought this would be a great app to track my daughters weight gain. But it won’t save the data that I enter so it doesn’t work. Bummer.
Could use some improvement...
When I saw health tracker I thought I'd be able to track all my sons visits, even the ones that came up last minute. It would be nice to know everything's in one place. So if you can add this it would be awesome. Also I love the parent handouts. I misplaced the one our pediatrician gave so its nice to reprint. Also when it comes to growth chart allow us to put 19.2 inches or whatever the case may be. I want to use exact measurements.

Still automatically quits when I attempt to open the app (iPad mini 4 and iPhone 5s). It's been like this for almost 5 months on the basis of previous reviews. Please fix it.

Do not spend money to buy this version- wait! I can't even speak to the content as it has never opened without crashing less than a second after.

Aside from the first time I launched this app, it has not worked. It crashes. I want my money back.
No longer compatible
Worked fine until the last update. Now automatically shuts down when attempting to open. Have tried deleting and reloading - still nothing. Suggest NOT to purchase until problem resolves
Can’t enter past visits
I was excited about this app, it seems like a great idea. However, I was disappointed that I am unable to enter health data from past visits. Hopefully this will be changed in a future version.
Needs work
It would be nice to be able to enter information from past visits, and to be able to enter decimal points. Growth chart feature would be great, but I guess you have to use it from day 1 to get an accurate picture. Not really useful without these things.
Liked it, but then all my info disappeared.
I spent all that time entering my kids' information, which was time consuming (esp since you can't import contacts, but have to enter them all manually). I liked having all my information available and with me whenever I needed it. Then, when I went to check on it today, everything was just gone :-(

Great app that is very flawed
As others have said, it is a great idea and well designed. It has a few critical flaws. First, one cannot enter decimals (i.e. 29.5) only whole numbers. Second, it is not possible to enter in older data.
These two flaws kill it for me. Which, is a bummer because the other apps I have found similar to it are not as well designed.

Needs an update
You can't change the date to enter information from past dates. It would be nice to be able to track the growth with the correct dates

* unable to enter decimals in height and weight fields

* streamlined interface
* ability to store family medical history and contact info for doctors and caregivers
* access to aap documents such as vaccination side effects, articles, pediatrician locator, etc.
